Art in The Park Info for July!
Plus, see you this Wednesday 6/25 at Erie Community Park (the "train playground" closest to the tennis courts)
At our last Art in the Park meetup, we had a great time learning about abstract art and contour drawing, and we had so much fun making silly (but heartfelt) portraits— and some of us even painted using our feet!
We can’t wait to see you this Wednesday to learn about printmaking using styrofoam carvings. For this Wednesday, June 25th, bring a pencil, a paintbrush, a few pieces of thick art paper, and 1 piece of flat Styrofoam, the bigger in size, the better. (Take-out containers or egg containers work great!) If you don’t have styrofoam on hand, I’ll have PLENTY of extra foam sheets, don’t worry!
